If you have more than one computer and more than one user in your home, odds are you would benefit from TCG4U Home Network services. These days installing a network can be done one of two ways, wired or wireless. What’s the point of having a network if you can’t print from the printer you want? We can teach all of your gadgets to share and play nice together.

Have you just purchased a new computer and need your files transferred off of your old one? TCG4U can transfer your documents, photos, music, and email from your old computer to your new computer. Even if your old computer does not run, I can sometimes recover the files.

Has your computer become painfully slow or is unusable? This condition is usually the result of stuff that accumulates over time: spyware, malware, viruses, unnecessary programs and processes running on start-up, damaged registry or corrupt operating system files. Surprisingly most of the computers brought into our shop have viruses or spyware on them and the owner does not even know it!

TCG4U can take care of your laptop and make it better than it was when you brought it in. Whether it is just a tune up, a new part, or if it just isn’t working well, we can fix it.

Symptoms of A Virus Infection

Your computer running slower than it usually does.
Your computer is constantly locking up or “freezing.”
You’re receiving messages from an anti-virus program that you never installed.
Your computer crashes or restarts every few seconds/minutes.
Unusual messages are popping up on your screen.
An antivirus program is disabled for no reason, or cannot be started.

Some computer programs can be executed simply by clicking the setup.exe, others by copying them into a folder stored on a computer and executing them. Other programs are supplied in a form unsuitable for immediate execution and therefore need an installation procedure.

It may seem obvious, but the first thing to ask yourself is if an upgrade is really in order at all. Is something broken, or is your computer just running slow? If it’s the latter, is it just general slowness, or is there a specific task you think could be faster?
